We run roll-off dumpsters out of our 2009 Independence Way yard across Sullivan County and Hawkins County — from the older streets of Lynn Garden and Colonial Heights out to Bloomingdale and Rock Springs, west on 11W to Church Hill and Rogersville, and down I-81 toward Blountville, Bristol and Johnson City. If your town is not on this list, call us anyway. We probably still get there.
Before you call
Have these four things ready

The delivery address
Street address, and for rural properties a landmark or gate. Long gravel drives out toward Rogersville or Surgoinsville are fine — we just want to know in advance, especially after heavy rain when the red clay is still soft. If there is no driveway, say so on the call.

What is going in it
Household contents, roofing, mixed construction, concrete, brush — and flag any tires, batteries or appliances, because those have their own routes rather than the landfill and need separating.

Where it should sit
Driveway, side yard, street or jobsite. Mention slope, soft ground, low branches, overhead cables, septic lids and irrigation — and in winter, whether the spot is cleared of snow. A street placement usually needs a permit.

When you need it
Same day, tomorrow morning, or a set date — and roughly how long you want to keep it. Extensions are easy, but planning ahead is cheaper.

What information do you need when I call?
Four things, and the call takes about two minutes: the delivery address, roughly what you are throwing away, where you want the container to sit, and when you need it. If you are unsure about the size, describe the pile and we will size it. A photo of the driveway helps if the placement is tight.
Do you serve my town?
We cover Kingsport and across Sullivan County and Hawkins County — including Colonial Heights, Bloomingdale, Lynn Garden, Rock Springs, Indian Springs, Sullivan Gardens, Mount Carmel, Church Hill, Blountville, Gray, Piney Flats, Bluff City, Bristol, Johnson City, Rogersville, Surgoinsville and Fall Branch. Just outside that? Call anyway — we can usually make it work.
What are your hours?
Mon–Sat 7:00am – 6:00pm · Sun by appointment. Deliveries and collections run through the working day, and Sunday drops can be arranged in advance for jobs that need them. Ring outside hours and you can leave your address on a message — we will call back first thing.
Can I text or email instead of calling?
You can email info@kingsportdumpsterrental.com and we will reply, but the phone is far quicker for anything time-sensitive. Sizing a container is a conversation — two questions on a call usually settles what three emails will not. For same-day delivery, always ring.
Is there a charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free, given over the phone, and flat rather than an estimate that moves later. We will also tell you when a smaller container does the job, which is the opposite of what a commission-driven sales line does.
